Packaging Material

EVA

It is a thermoplastic polymer composed of vinyl acetate and ethylene molecules. It is a very light and porous material which can be found in semi-flexible sheets.

Applications: Shoe soles, wire coatings, toys, mats and packaging.

Industrial Applications: Construction, automotive sector, electronics, medicine, etc.

Advantages: No toxicity levels, low water absorption, thermoformed, paintable, easy to recycle and washable.

Hardness (Asker C °): 35 °, 40 °, 50 °, 60 °, 70 ° and 80 °

Colors: 28 range of colors (the most common colors are gray, black, white, etc.).

Measurements: The measurements of the sheets, as well as their thicknesses vary depending on the hardness of the material.

CROSSLINK

The crosslink or crosslinked polyethylene sheet is a closed-cell foam with and smooth touch. It is light, flexible, and soft, but at the same time it is resistant to moisture and high temperatures.

Applications: It is used in the Construction sector as thermal or sound insulation; packaging, electronics and automotive sector. Advantages: Thermal insulation, thermoformable, low water absorption and high wear resistance.

Hardness (Asker C °): 35 ° and 50 °

Colors: Dark gray and black.

Measurements: The measurements of the sheets, as well as their thickness vary depending on the hardness of the material.
